AgenticSeek story began... in Taiwan, where I was catching up with an old friend (I studied there) and we talk about making a side-project together, we decided it would be fun to learn about AI agent inspired by Jarvis, just for fun, and just to learn. While he quickly got busy with his thesis, I kept tinkering, sharing it online on reddit got me a lot of traction which made me put all of my energy into it, and somehow… we ended #1 in Github Trending of May 2025.
Why Sponsor?
AgenticSeek’s growth depends on resources I can’t fully cover alone:
- Hardware: My two RTX 3060s (one bought for this project) is not enought for testing larger models.
- Finetuning: I want to create a 7B model optimized for AgenticSeek, but this requires renting costly compute power.
- API Costs: Testing with Together AI for larger models adds up fast.
- Time: Balancing AgenticSeek with other work takes time away from new features. Sponsorship lets me focus on the project.
- Independence: Your support keeps AgenticSeek free, open-source, and VC-free.
